I had just been robbed of both my iphone and my spare phone, not to mention the rest of the contents of my handbag, so I couldn't afford to go out and buy brand new replacements. You were kind enough to let me have £5 off this phone, which doesn't sound like a lot, but when your bank accounts have been frozen, and you are relying on friends and family to just eat and put petrol in the car, it matters, especially as my insurance wouldn't cover it. It was a nice touch and I was very grateful, as a phone is essential for me to both be given work, and to carry it out. No phone = no income. This iphone wasn't sold to me as being in pristine condition, but it just looked like regular wear and tear, no dings on it anywhere and the screen was scratch free. The only slight niggle is that the ring on/off switch is a bit loose and can sometimes turn off in my pocket, but other than that I am very happy with it. In fact I don't think I can justify spending so much on a new phone ever again. I will definitely be back. Thank you.

I love it. It is so good. If My friend was getting a new phone I would advise her to get an iPhone 7 off handtec. The only thing I don’t like about the iPhone 7 and up is that they have no headphone jack. But Bluetooth headphones will come in handy. The space in the phone is so good I haven’t used half of it yet. I would 100% recommend it and I would 100# recommend the website.
