I can only say that we had excellent service from Handtec, even when ordering a set to be sent to Portugal! A couple of minor logistical hitches were resolved expediently and professionally (by Melanie) and the handset received has so far been working in the 'pristine' condition that it was sold to us for - this was a much-appreciated 16th birthday present for our son, and very good value indeed! That's just one photo... To show it working! It now has a tempered glass screen cover and a protective cover on the back that my daughter chose. This was my daughters 16th birthday present and she is over the moon. She had previously had a Samsung j5 and had had it since 2016. Still immaculate but just decided she would like an iPhone. Couldn't afford new prices and phone you ironically via Argos! She adores her phone . She is autistic and physically disabled. Her phone also links to her wheelchair (twion app) enabling the phone to control it like a joystick/ steering wheel. I have always been android but am sorely tempted to becoming an apple statistic. When the phone was described as pristine .. no argument.. it was like brand new! I would never hesitate to recommend. In fact I have. To several people. Thank you. You made my daughter's very special birthday.

was no proper apple packing or instructions to accompany it. It was just put in a plastic bag inside the outer cardboard packaging. Most refurbished phones advertised as pristine normally come with their original boxes and instructions or a suitable replacement. I now have to try to get these online before presenting it to the recipient.

Despite being initially worried about buying a refurbished iPhone, my fears were unfounded, as it is a great product at a good price with a 12 month warranty.

So perhaps a charger to go with the included charger cable would be great so that if you didn’t have an iPhone at home you could at least charge it.
