its very nice but the battery isn't the best and when I firts got it it had a big chip at the bottom with a few scrathces on the screen wasn't impressed despite i spent over £300 on that iphone 7 graded "VERY GOOD" Just advising anyone who buys a phone of hand tech please by the grade "excellent" because the grade "VERY GOOD" isn't worth the money.

So I needed a phone having struggled along with an old handset for 18 months. Given his propensity for breaking devices I didn't want to shell out for a new one and with some excellent SIM only deals available (Sky mobile), I decided to buy a handset outright. Bit of research led me to handtec, great selection and prices so I checked the reputation and gave son a choice of phones. Excellent to be able to choose exactly what we wanted (within budget). Decision made, it was an easy purchase. Phone arrived swiftly and in good condition, quick to set up and away we go.
Only negative- it would be nice to be able to add to your basket relevant headphones/ adaptors that you might need. Being an iPhone we needed the wee wire that converts the jack to 3.5mm and a charging lead so a little intuitive programming would make that easy.
In summary, a good phone at a good price and an all round quality experience from handtec.

I was skeptical at first as I had always purchased phones through my network provider. I did some research and looked at lots of reviews. I bought the red iPhone 7 128gb. The product I received was as if it came straight out of the box. I couldn’t fault it. 100% battery capacity, no marks on it whatsoever front, back or sides. It is an excellent quality phone. Had someone else bought it for me I would have presumed it was new from the network provider. The delivery was even quicker than stated. Overall delighted with my purchase & would recommend this service to anyone looking to buy a new phone or gadget.

The iPhone7 arrived on time and the price was competitive. It was sold as excellent but I felt it was almost pristine. The battery life seems good and it was straight away loaded with all our data from i-cloud.
The iPhone7, being smaller than the 7Plus version is so loight and easy to carry round and the quality of the photos is great.
I would certainly buy another phone from Handtech, when needed.

I was not happy that the only way to get a replacement without being without a phone was to purchase another and then they would refund me the money. I have done this and the new phone arrived quickly. I have now returned the faulty phone and await my refund. My new phone is in perfect condition and working correctly.

Very good service from Handtec. Any company can earn 5 stars when everything goes smoothly, but the test is how they react when a problem occurs. My phone had a glitch which they couldn't solve remotely, so they sent me a free tracked returns label and as soon as they received the phone they dispatched another to me, in better condition, for the same price. I love my "new" iPhone. I had a little iPhone 4s prior to this new (to me) iPhone 7. I couldn't justify spending a lot on a new phone but the refurbished price was irresistible.
I was not disappointed. It is like new, not a scratch on it, everything is as it was described in the advertisement. It arrived within 2 days after dispatch, and it was easy to set up. All data from the original owner had been erased and so if felt brand new. Thank you Handtec. The only thing I had difficulty with is uploading a photo of it.
