We opted for the best quality refurbished product , it was vitually brand new , no scratches or dents , no signs of wear at all. Good quality product as described. Very happy with the purchase.
Only downside was it didnt come in the original box and limited accesories, however they only end up under the bed and not used so all in all a very good buy.

I chose a pristine phone and got exactly that. Barely a mark on it and a battery still working at 95% of its original capacity. Even the bundled charging lead was of top quality. As expected with iPhone 7 the camera is magnificent so rather than a photo of what looks like a brand new phone I have attached a camera shot. Thoroughly recommend this supplier based on this experience. Delivery was also better than expected.

Im afraid Im still an android fan - had recently bought excellent one and was sorry to learn that to use my new high tech hearing aids at their best, I needed to link them to an iphone. The hearing aids are great and the way I can use them for phone calls, music annd even sneakily listening to the radio (or music) when I should be payng attention at a meeting, is great.
The thing that really impressed me however is handtek.
I decided I would have an iphone 7 plus but the price for a new one was far too much so I looked at another 2nd hand store and bought one with a one day delivery element. Four days later and still no show I suggested buying another and sending back the one that arrived 2nd, assuming the 'new' purchase came in one day.
This was fine but there were none at a similar price. I either paid more for less capacity or lower quality. I looked at handtek - first of all they had the same spec at a slightly lower price than I had already paid so I went ahead, paid for next day delivery and of course the handtek phone and the delayed first purchase both arrived with the postman next day. The handtek one was slightly better condition so that was good. I returned the 'first' one and set up the handtek one. Despite being 73 (and a woman!) I am fairly techy and a phone is a phone, so I didnt have any problems setting up but very quickly the battery life was ridiculously low. Thought I had done most things to ensure best battery life but emailed and asked for help. I had a reply within an hour. Not only was it singularly helpful, it explained that the capacity had been checked and recorded so only if it dropped significantly would I be eligible for a replacement....it also contained several helpful suggestions which sorted out the problem immediately. I contacted the young man thanked him and again received a response within an hour. A few weeks later I felt the phone was slow openng emails / downloading content. (Told you I preferred androids at half the price-and new!) again I received not only a prompt email but also a phone call. Not totally sorted but then Ive not done the last 'factory reset' type option. The customer service is really very impressive and I have told several people to try handtek out instead of buying new each time. I certainly am very satisfied and if I stay with iphone which it looks as though I will as audibel (hearing aid manufacurers) seem to have the option of working direct through the iphone or having a tiny handset with an android. As yet another thing to carry around and remember to have with me at all times is not my preferred option Ill stay with iphone until they do the same with android. Going back to handtek for my next purchase however, is my choice without question.
