Phone sent with small scratch despite being listed as immaculate. I have returned it in the Handtec supplied packaging but have been refused a refund. Customer services informed me their engineers found “another deep scratch” on the phone. I have a photograph of the phone just before I posted it showing the screen condition very clearly. I have given Handtec 5 working days to refund me after which I will contact trading standards and my bank fraud team.

Just letting you know that a week after ordering the phone I still have not received it. I understand that it's Royal Mail delivery that has been transfering the phone between different depots and up and down the country.
I think Royal Mail should be informed of this as this reflects upon Handtec as a reliable company.

The phone was clean, in very good condition as described and at a reasonable price with good delivery however, the battery is clearly at the very end of its life.
Since receipt 5 days ago it has had to be fully charged nearly every day as, with apps turned off, use only to receive emails and no other use, the battery reduces in several hours from 100% down to 70 or 60% and 5% overnight - this is not right. With the level of use of 3+ days between charges I require for my iPhone of exactly the same model, my wife is distraught that the battery in the phone you supplied a day or so before Christmas is very poor in this respect only.
