Handtec have a huge selection of refurbished smartphones making it very easy to find the one you're looking for. i just bought my third phone from them & have been delighted with them all. My most recent purchase was an iPhone XS. The condition was classed as good but to be honest I can't see any usage marks at all. I was slightly concerned that the battery health might be less than optimal but it wasn't. The battery health & capacity was 100% - you can't get better than that! The phone was like new. Delivery was excellent - I ordered it on a Sunday - it was delivered on Tuesday. If you're looking for a refurbished phone at an excellent price you can't beat Handtec.

This is my second phone from handtec I bought an iPhone X about 3 years ago I only replaced it because I was bought an Apple Watch for Christmas and my x would work with the watch so it was a quick fix for my problem my phone arrived promptly and in good order my other phone is actually slightly better than my new one and I really wouldn’t have changed it if it wasn’t for the watch love both phones always a good service and doing my bit towards saving the planet will be re selling my iPhone X back to handtec very soon

I've bought 2 of these now, both marked as 'pristine'. They have both been pristine exactly as described, you really can't tell them from new. Obviously they don't come in original boxes, but do come well packaged. Very pleased.

Easy to find what you want and explains the difference on each level. I chose excellent condition. No marks anywhere on the screen or casing. Only one thing that is wrong is it states it isn’t a genuine iPhone battery installed. They did offer for me to send it back but I am just going to keep it.
