After a mix up with delivery address Handtec were quick to rectify, however rather than it being sent out by special delivery as paid for it defaulyed to 48hrs tracked.... not a great start and was given £3.10 compensation which I personally felt did not cover the inconveniece - I had after all bought from Handtec for express delivery service. Phone arrived loose in cardboard outer in a mailer bag - thankfully it was undamaged in transit. The phone itself physically was in very good condition with no visible wear - living up to the description of Excellent. Battery life however falls short of what I would expect, although phone diagnostics show as being able to hold 80% of original capacity and able to power the phone at peak performance with light browsing, messages etc by late afternoon I'm starting to conserve use until I return home. I suspect 6 month battery warranty won't cover things as battery degrades further as will be classed as wear & tear. Overall - phyiscally a nice clean phone and a good upgrade from my old 6s.........time will tell on battery.

The phone arrived quickly and was in great condition externally. Unfortunately despite all my efforts the Face ID failed to activate at the lock screen. At the time of writing the phone has been returned for Handtec Engineers to review - i guess it will be fixed, replaced or refunded. I gave 3 stars because of the issue with the phone and I'm not sure I liked it as much as my old iphone 8! (but that's not handtec's fault)

This phone was Sold to me in an excellent condition and when it came, the exterior was just as advertised. Unfortunately, I thought it would have better health in terms of the battery. Selling me a phone in an excellent condition which only has 80% battery is a little bit misleading, I believe. We all know that Apple say that when the battery is 79% or less, the phones health has been significantly degraded, and it needs replacing. So for that reason, knowing that my daughter cannot game on it on a good battery life really defeats the point in my buying this.

The iPhone 12 mini is great and pleased I could buy a refurbished one to reduce waste and costs. Initially I found the customer service excellent, but when we received our phones (my partner & I both bought one), we ordered Pristine, his was very dirty around all the switches and we had to do our own job of cleaning it - not what we expected for a 'pristine' phone. My phone had some other technical issues on it which I had to seek help from Apple support. It took me several hours to solve. When I contacted Handtec, they don't seem to understand that not everyone is as tech-savvy as they are. Maybe we were unlucky, as I read other reviews and people seem to be pleased all round.
