The phone broke from the back with a light fall on the ground and it wasn’t even at the back, the inside of it broke and that proves that it was weak.

The phone arrived from Handtec and I found the microphone not to be working. After a lot of time seeking a fix for this and contacting Apple support I had to return the phone and also had a wasted screensaver which I'd applied to the phone. The returns label provided by Handtec only insured the item for £150, just a third of the actual cost of the phone. I therefore had to pay myself to return this insured for the true value. The company then did not have a replacement. I had to wait several weeks and then finally settle for a different model but with lesser storage. They then sent it to the wrong address despite clearly providing the delivery address on two occasions. Next time I would seek an alterative seller such as back market.

I used this company in the past when I bought an xs max. At that time the transaction was completed without any problems, which unfortunately I can't say about the current purchase from Handtec. When ordering, I was promised that the phone would be delivered within 48 hours. I ordered on Saturday evening and the phone arrived on Friday at 11 am. different billing address and shipping address, which is still excusable. however, I was really disappointed when I charged the phone for the first time and it automatically restarted every 15 minutes. Followed by the return of the phone and a call from the operator to send me another phone right away. After 4 days, of course, the same one arrived, supposedly with a replaced display. I think their technician does a lousy job before selling the phones and they don't check all the details as promised on their website.
