Took me 3 weeks and a bank order to get my refund back for a phone i had for less than 12hrs, they will say refund sent hoping you go away and lose interest, never again
Phone has been repaired but refurbished that can be expected.
None apple parts used and you can clearly see colour disfunction on screen.
Not what you expect from any reputable retailer.

Was leaning towards Phones Direct ( due to Phonecheck certification) however went with Hantec due to superior customer service. Enquiried re handset condition, screen & battery health. Scarlett (support team) responded promptly & clearly vs. PD ambiguous response of can’t comment on individual handsets?? I’d had my iPhone SE stolen! Needed to replace it but decided to go for a refurbished iPhone instead due to cost of a new one. Handtec site was recommended to me by a relative, I was spoilt for choice & decided to opt for a ‘good’ condition iPhone 14 a bit bigger than the SE but not huge! It was an easy transaction reasonable price & a quick delivery. I'm happy with my purchase. I managed to transfer virtually all my stuff from iCloud by plugging it directly into my MacBook - as I couldn’t do it with Bluetooth. So far so good I’m getting used to new phone & would recommend Handtec. Thanx

To be honest I've lost confidence in the quality you supply. I always order refurbished hand sets from various other suppliers and they are as described, in good condition.
The handset you supplied to me isn't in good condition as described by yourselves. The back has multiple scratches particularly around the camera and you can see witness marks from where the cover has been present. There was also confusion around the colour, firstly black not is stock - you offered white with a £15 refund but then actually shipped black in poor condition.

Phone was not well packaged. When opened it had previous owners cover on it that was cracked. As you can imagine I was not impressed. I am not one to jump in with bad reviews so I removed the old cover and the phone was in good shape underneath. Not excellent condition as purchased but good enough that I decided to set it up. Once up and running it performed well and looks good with a new case on it.
Overall I am happy with the phone.
