This item was supposed to be delivered within 48 hours. It has still not been delivered after 8 days! The company did not indicate that the item was coming from abroad either. The tracking app is useless as the phone is not tracked until it's landed in the country. So the money was taken from my account immediately! I have contacted them several times over the past week but have only got a reply today to say they are looking into it. This company is a scam. Do not purchase through them!

I purchased this phone for the good lady, and it arrived as described in excellent condition, however after the initial software update the phone developed a fault. I contacted the support team who advised what to do and I sent it back for analysis, they fixed it and sent it back, this did take 4 weeks but fixed it was. I would have only one slight gripe about the process is that I would not have known anything about what was going on with the phone if I hadn't emailed as there was no communication with me other than replies to my emails. In this process an email to explain what was going on and roughly how long it would take would have been great and made the whole process easier.... But it's a very slight gripe and this is my third phone from Handtec and it will not stop me using them again. Thankyou.
