I had just been robbed of both my iphone and my spare phone, not to mention the rest of the contents of my handbag, so I couldn't afford to go out and buy brand new replacements. You were kind enough to let me have £5 off this phone, which doesn't sound like a lot, but when your bank accounts have been frozen, and you are relying on friends and family to just eat and put petrol in the car, it matters, especially as my insurance wouldn't cover it. It was a nice touch and I was very grateful, as a phone is essential for me to both be given work, and to carry it out. No phone = no income. This iphone wasn't sold to me as being in pristine condition, but it just looked like regular wear and tear, no dings on it anywhere and the screen was scratch free. The only slight niggle is that the ring on/off switch is a bit loose and can sometimes turn off in my pocket, but other than that I am very happy with it. In fact I don't think I can justify spending so much on a new phone ever again. I will definitely be back. Thank you.

Overall very happy with purchase, we bought 2 x iPhone 7, handtec have a system where you can make an offer in an item, similar to eBay, which we did and it was accepted as were buying 2, but their make offer process needs some work as it is only dealt with by one person at their end and it’s very cumbersome, no one in the office has anything to do with the pricing.
