Chose phone (iPhone7) for my son, and ordered, but the online help assistant popped up as I was doing this so I chatted to her and she was really friendly & helpful. I wasn't sure whether the company was actually working and able to deliver during the COVID19 shutdown but she assured me they were. I asked about her safety and she said she was able to work from home (good!) and that her company had taken steps to ensure other staff's safety which was also good to hear. The phone arrived within 24 hrs as promised (excellent as I am in the North of Scotland) - looked exactly as described (signs of light use) and once charged started working perfectly. My son is now wandering about the house during the lockdown happy as can be, and communicating with his pals! I'd use this company again, and happily recommend them to others. Friendly staff, prompt service, accurate description of product = good job!
