Sent phone back with prepaid postage by handtec on the Saturday and repaired phone was back the following Thursday so fast turnaround.My only gripe is it would be nice to receive acknowledgment that they had received phone and also when it was repaired

Absolutely flawless phone, one thing for people to understand, the excellent condition phone is not ‘out of the box’ condition, you can find tiny micro scratches under bright light, these are completely invisible with day to day use.(I could only find these on the back glass, the band and screen were perfect.) If you’re debating wether to get the excellent or the prestine, i would go with the excellent as the scratches that are on my phone are natural and will happen within two to three months of use, especially if you want to use the phone without a case. Overall very happy will be coming back
