Before doing so I emailed Handtec to explain my problem and what I was going to try. I received a very prompt reply asking me to keep them informed and I feel confident that had I not been able to resolve the problem they would have sorted it out one way or another.

I ordered the phone at 4.30pm on a Friday, I paid extra for next day delivery service with Royal Mail. To my surprise it landed on my doorstep the very next morning which was a Saturday. I was gobsmacked as with it not been a working day I expected it to delivered on the Monday. The IPhone 6 was in excellent mint condition, it was just like a brand new phone. The price was surprisingly cheap at £112. I would recommend Handtec to all my family, friends and to the public. In future I will be using this company if I want another phone as I found the price cheap and the dispatch time unbelievably efficient. Just bought Apple 6S 64GB Grey unlocked refurbished good for my husband. This is the second refurbished iPhone that I have bought from Handtec in last 2 years and I am really, really pleased with them. The site is easy to use with good pictures of the phones and explanation of the condition of the phone excellent, pristine, good etc. The phone above fell into the 'good' category but I can find absolutely nothing wrong with it in terms of its physical condition and it works perfectly. Ordering and delivery went without any problem whatsoever both times and the phones arrive protected but not over packaged which is sensible.
Would thoroughly recommend to anyone - definitely 5 star!!

Good phone, takes great photos and certainly a lot faster than my old one. When I first got it the speaker volume seemed too low, but quick advice by email from Handtec was to brush out dust from the speaker holes - and this worked well, together with a bit of targetted hoovering. Same advice turned up elsewhere online. So yes, I'm happy with the purchase and with Handtec.
