This was my 4th purchase from Handtec of a refurbished Apple iPhone, in this case an iPhone 12 Pro. This is an ideal way to upgrade to a newer phone than paying the huge cost of a new one. The quality of the phone is excellent & the only quibble was the phone had a smaller memory capacity that advertised. I contacted Customer Service and this was quickly resolved to a mutually acceptable resolution by Scarlett on the help desk.
Would recommend but do check your phone is exactly the spec you ordered on receipt.

I get a message saying the display may not be an original Apple one, but there is certainly nothing wrong with it.
The battery is good.
The reception for using it as a phone is not quite as good as my old phone, but I know even brand-new ones vary.
Really easy to transfer data et cetera from an old iPhone.

I purchased the IPhone 12 Pro without realising that it is locked as there was no notification of this. I emailed Handtec 4 days ago and no response so as far as making calls are concerned I cant use it! I need to find out if I have to pay to get it unlocked!

Bought a refurbished IPhone on the basis of price and the excellent trust pilot reviews. First impressions were good lots of choice and when I picked the phone I wanted next day delivery. Phone was in very good used condition usual palaver to set up but done. Noticed the phone was freezing not allowing me to enter text or open apps. So contacted customer services who responded in an hour and sent me a free post label to return the original phone which I did.
After a short acceptable delay to asses rye returned item a replacement phone was sent by z24 hour delivery. The second phone is perfect works fine and noticeable quicker than my old iPhone. So in summary excellent service overall phones are good quality and customer service first rate. Very happy to recommend

I ordered this phone as mine was falling apart - glass cracked and falling out, battery shot, new iOS on the horizon which would be the final nail in the coffin. The drones are all getting the iPhone 13 so I ordered a 12 pro as it was listed in pristine condition (which it is) and just checked the battery health which is 100%. This seemed like, and is, a no brainier. I am also environmentally conscious, this phone is barely a year old and still has plenty of life left in it. It’s not quite like unboxing a new iPhone but they have made an effort and everything I need is in the box.
