My Iphone12 was delivered the next day . I asked for GOOD condition and it is PERFECT , not a scratch or mark on it . It is not an Apple battery but everything works perfectly and I only need to charge once a week to 98% . To make batteries last longer they should not be charged to 100% and this battery shows maximum capacity 100% .
I am so pleased with this phone and would certainly come back if I wanted to upgrade .

The case does not have the iPhone symbol on it as it is a cheap replica and the battery lasts 7 hrs as long as you do not use it?! If you do it lasts about 4hrs! I am very disappointed.

The battery moves in the phone which I said to HandTec when I received it and then when I messages them they said that this is normal and now when I tried to log into ICloud it don’t let me log in as it keeps on saying retry and does not let me download any apps.

I’m not sure if it’s the latest iPhone update, which had to be done when I first set the phone up, however the touch is awful, double taps letters constantly and doesn’t respond, the battery life is the worst ive seen. I’m having to charge the phone 2-3 times a day. I’m waiting for another update to see if that fixes the issues if not it will be getting sent back.

I checked the battery health upon receipt and it’s at 80% capacity, which is the level that Apple recommends to replace the battery. This is now another expense for me to replace the battery.

I recently purchased a phone that purported to be in full working order, but I was immediately confronted with a frustrating issue upon setup. The device displayed a warning indicating that a non-Apple authorised screen had been installed. This was a disheartening discovery, especially after spending several hours setting up the phone and downloading apps. This oversight speaks to a lack of proper quality control, which should have caught such a glaring issue before the product ever reached me.
Moreover, this is not the first time I've encountered such a problem. Previously, I had a similar issue with a non-Apple authorised camera that could not focus, further evidencing a pattern of negligence. It is unacceptable for such critical components to not undergo thorough checks before they are sent out. Customers trust that they are receiving a product that meets a certain standard, and it's clear that this trust is being overlooked in favor of cutting corners.
To the Handtec: It is imperative that you improve your inspection processes. Potential buyers should beware of the ongoing quality control issues that could affect the functionality and reliability of their purchase. It’s disheartening to pay for a product only to receive something that feels more like a gamble.

Pristine condition iphone12, had a small deep scuff on the screen, which is not noticeable in use.
However once set up, I learned that the phone contains non standard parts and the maximum battery capacity is 82% which is disappointing.
Not the first phone I’ve had from Handtech but I will be looking elsewhere in future.

The phone body is perfect condition, really happy with it. However, a green vertical line keeps appearing and disappearing on the screen. Customer services said I need to send pics of it but it comes and goes, and I’m never with someone with a phone when it’s there. Had the phone less than a week (it appeared for the first time the day it arrived) but will hopefully get the picture they need soon to replace my phone.
