Multi Window allows you to complete multiple tasks on one screen. It allows you to switch between applications between apps without having to close windows or the hassle of opening new pages. Samsung Galaxy Note Pro takes multi-window to another level by allowing four different apps or screen views at the same time. It allows you to view photos, browse the web, and more all at the same time.

WebEx
WebEx provides users with an easy way to meet with anyone, anywhere. With WebEx, users can share anything and everything on their screen between devices. It allows multi-point video conferencing over wireless networks or 3G with up to eight people. The Samsung Note Pro comes with a 6-month free trial. It is basically one of the most popular business apps which allow companies to:

• Pass the presenter role to another participant.
• View shared content and see who's in the meeting.

e-Meeting
E-Meetings allows several users to share data or content in the same room during a meeting. It also allows you to take notes on the same whiteboard. The key features of e-meeting are as follows:

• Sharing the annotation and page in real time
• Give the permission to one of the attendees on request
• Presentation Tools: Note, Pointer, Whiteboard, Secured meeting
• Meeting material is shared only at a specific place. So high level of security can be kept.

Air Command
Air command makes it easy to access the S-Pen by hovering the S-Pen anywhere on the screen. The S-Pen includes the following features:

• Action Memo: Action memos let you create notes and use the information in selected apps, such as the Phone app. It allows users to call any number using the Phone app by saving the info to contacts and creating a new task in order to complete this by a specified time.
• Scrapbooker: The scrapbookers allows users to scrap, categorise, track down images, videos and other content. All the user has to do is circle the information or image that needs to be saved and move it into the Scrapbooker. The content will be copied to your scrapbook which can be anything from an image to a URL key.
• Screen Write: Screen Write allows the user to capture a screenshot of the device's screen and edit the screenshot.
• S Finder: The S Finder makes your life easier by allowing you to search for images or important items on your device by entering keywords, location, content filters or apply date.
• Pen Window: The Pen Window Mode allows a user to draw a square or rectangular shape on the display, allowing to open an app in that size whilst still doing other tasks behind it. The Pen Window Mode allows multiple apps loaded and visible at the same time.
