The Xperia Z1 is Sony's one of the flagship smartphone. It is one of the first phones powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor, and features a 5-inch full-HD display in a form factor which is in line with Sony's OmniBalance philosophy, but much sturdier, as it's flanked by an all new metal frame. The front of the Xperia Z1 is dominated by a 5-inch display panel. The front camera lens, sensors and a notification LED are placed above the screen along with Sony branding. The earpiece grill lies between the top edge of the front glass panel and the phone's frame.
