After my phone being sent back due to no Siri, and a terrible rapping nose when on a call I also asked them to check the camera as when it was set up it said camera not supported. It went back 2 days later it came back ( so phone less ) the camera is still blurry . Absolutely terrible customer service they want me to send it back so once again I will have no phone then they say if lost in transit you are only insured for £150 so you need to pay the the extra fir insurance. I mean really terrible. When I asked for some money back ( off the purchase price) they went radio silent. Do not buy from them biggest mistake I made

Horrible experience - please don’t waste your time and don’t buy from them. A bunch of liars and thieves. I wasn’t satisfied with the phone’s battery health; it doesn’t match what I paid for. I expect a good battery health if it’s in pristine condition, so I returned it the next day. I’ve been chasing my refund for over two weeks, and they said they will deduct return delivery (which they lie about on the website, claiming returns are free). They also want to deduct the refund for devaluation, which is absurd since I returned the phone the next day, and I called their bluff on that. I mistakenly missed including the cable in the return, and they used that as an excuse for more deductions from my refund, but I posted it separately soon after. Chasing my refund has been absurd—I feel like I’m begging for my own money. They are unresponsive, and they keep stalling and lying. Please don’t waste your time. The information on their website is misleading, prestine condition is not really prestine, returns are not free, and they will come up with absurd excuses to deduct from your refunds and will keep stalling and not reply - I filed a dispute with my bank to get my refund.
