While on looking at the phone, I was able to use chat function to ask about the phone, I got a reply instantly. The phone arrived in a few days and was in great condition, it came with a USB cable and pin, unfortunately the pin broke the first time it was used. Bought for my son. Looks in good condition and so far so good. Arrived quickly and does what it says in the tin, essentially. Given we’ve only had it in use a few days, impossible to say for sure that it’s working properly but all signs are good and no reason to doubt. I wanted to convert from a Samsung to an iPhone but was put off by the price. A friend advised that I didn't need a new one covered in bells and whistles and that an iPhone 8plus would be perfect for me. He also told me to go to handtec and he was right! My refurbished phone was easy to order, arrived promptly and was in exceptional condition (although it was graded excellent and not pristine). Very happy with my purchase
Very happy with my purchase, the phone arrived promptly and well packaged. The phones are graded as ‘good’ ‘excellent’ and ‘pristine’. I opted for the excellent grade and I’m not disappointed as the only marks I can see are on the bottom corners and they are only a small ‘rub’ or ‘scuff’ and hardly noticeable. All functions test out fine and the battery health is reported as 100%.
The only negative was it arrived with no charge in the battery so I had to wait for it to partially charge especially as one of the first things it wanted to do was an IOS update and that requires at least 20% charge. But overall full marks!
