Absolute scam avoid this company at all costs. Bought a "excellent condition" S23 for £276 from them to recieve a phone in ridiculous condition. Returned it to them the next day. Once it was returned I recieved a offer of £118 for the phone because of the damage. After stating to them that im not selling it im returning it to them they then tried to claim extra damage to the phone & wanted £70 to replace it! I didn't even have the phone 24 hours it went straight back in the packaging they sent it in. They are now refusing to refund me & have the phone. Do not use this company a total scam
